Stretch-Based Zumba Dance Class for 55+
There are 4 parts, with a total class time of around 40–45 minutes
(can be adjusted). Including:

Kinesiology Basics

Explaining body alignment, and how softening the muscles supports balance, health, and longevity.

Includes breath work and visualization.

Stretching Session
-
Focused on standing stretches, which can also be adapted to chair stretching.

Dance Routine Session

Still based in stretching, but includes a touch of gimmick, complexity, and trendy aesthetic depending on the group’s preferences.

Falls under the Zumba cardio dance category (Zone 2 cardio), due to the semi-street dance and grounding-based Latin movements.

Movements and routines will and should be adjusted to suit individual or group needs.

Stretching-based, supported movements synced with rhythm.
